Avendra Pharma was founded with the mission to support international pharmaceutical and healthcare brands in their entry into the Bulgarian market. Established by professionals with over 25 years of experience, the company laid the foundations for a modern and sustainable pharmaceutical business based on long-term partnerships and quality health solutions.
Partnership with Alliance Pharmaceuticals
In 2019, Avendra Pharma signed an official agreement with Alliance Pharmaceuticals – a leading British company in the field of consumer healthcare. The partnership marked the beginning of the company’s international portfolio and introduced innovative ophthalmological and health products to the Bulgarian market.
Strategic Partnership with Phyto Garda
In 2020, Avendra Pharma began a partnership with Phyto Garda – one of the established Italian manufacturers of pharmaceutical and nutraceutical products, known for its focus on natural health solutions and a scientific approach to supplementation. This partnership expanded the company’s presence in the fields of gynecology, ophthalmology, and preventive health.
Building a National Distribution Network
In the same year, Avendra Pharma established strategic partnerships with Sting Pharmaceuticals and Sopharma Trading – two of the largest pharmaceutical distributors in Bulgaria. Through this national network, the company’s products reach 95% of pharmacies in the country, ensuring wide coverage and high accessibility.
Partnership with Named Group
In 2026, following the acquisition of Phyto Garda by Named Group, Avendra Pharma signed a partnership with Named Group — one of the leading Italian holdings in the field of natural health, operating in over 60 countries worldwide. The collaboration further expands the company’s portfolio with innovative nutraceutical and preventive products and medical devices from internationally established brands.
