CREATING AN ORDER:
The User has the right to choose a product in the appropriate quantity and delivery time, according to the terms of delivery of AVENDRA PHARMA, described in detail below.

"AVENDRA PHARMA" Ltd, through the website https://avendrapharma.com, provides the service of selling food supplements and medical devices available on this website.

The ordered goods are delivered via the courier company "ECONT" to the address specified by the User, upon registration on the website https://avendrapharma.com.

The User can place an order to purchase the products selected by him in the following way:

- selects the relevant products and determines their quantity, then presses the visual button "ORDER". After the User has made his choice, the products are added to the "Cart" section;

- visiting the "Cart" section;

- filling in the data necessary to identify the buyer and carry out the delivery - exact address and contact phone number;

- the order can be delivered to an address or to an ECONT office of your choice;

-review and confirmation of the order.

Upon acceptance of the order by AVENDRA PHARMA, an individual contract for the delivery of the products ordered by the User is concluded. The contract is concluded in Bulgarian.

The ordered goods are delivered packaged and accompanied by a receipt for the receipt of a money transfer or invoice (if previously requested by the User), to the exact address specified by him in the delivery request.

At the moment, deliveries are made only on the territory of Bulgaria.

PRICES AND DELIVERY COSTS:

The prices of the products are announced on the website https://avendrapharma.com/.

The indicated prices are in Bulgarian leva for one item of each product.

All prices include value added tax and all other mandatory fees.

The current prices, including trade discounts and other special conditions and promotions, are valid only for the respective previously announced period and only when purchasing goods through the online store https://avendrapharma.com.

The prices of the ordered products are not subject to change in time from the order to receipt by the user.

The final price of the order is the total sum of the prices of all ordered products, including the price of delivery, indicated separately.

The price for delivery of a product/products worth 100 BGN (including VAT) and more is FREE!

The price for delivery of a product under 100 BGN (including VAT):

4 BGN (including VAT) to an ECONT office

6 BGN (including VAT) for delivery to an address throughout the country

If the client wishes a fixed delivery time or the "Priority" option, the cost of the service is 2.40 and is paid additionally by the User.

For larger shipments, as well as for settlements without an ECONT office, the delivery amount will be visualized after filling in the data and before finalizing the order.

The calculation of the delivery amount is performed by the ECONT module after filling in the delivery address.

"AVENRDA PHARMA" Ltd partially covers the delivery costs.

"AVENRDA PHARMA" Ltd reserves the right to change the prices of the goods offered at https://avendrapharma.com, without prior notification to users.

PAYMENT METHOD:
Payment for the ordered goods through the website https://avendrapharma.com is made through the "Payment by postal money order" service of ECONT.

The price of the order and delivery costs, when due, are paid in cash to the courier immediately upon delivery, under the terms of the "Delivery by postal money order" service.

The User is obliged to pay the price that was indicated on the website of "AVENDRA PHARMA" Ltd at the time of creating the order.

Delivery costs are at the expense of the User, except when there is an order of products worth/over 100 leva. "AVENDRA PHARMA" Ltd reserves the right to change the limit of the amount for free delivery

NOTIFICATION:
After finalizing the order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail, without a phone call.

When the order is handed over to a courier, you will receive an e-mail from us with the waybill number, order details and you will be able to track the movement of your shipment.

When the order is delivered to the ECONT office that you submitted, you will receive a notification via SMS.

DELIVERY TIMES:
Orders on the online store https://avendrapharma.com can be placed every day without exception, 24 hours a day.

Orders placed by 3 p.m. will be delivered the next business day, starting from the date of confirmation of the order and according to the technical capabilities of the courier company "ECONT", to the delivery address specified by the user.

Delivery is made only on business days.

Orders placed on Friday after 3 p.m., Saturday and Sunday are processed on Monday and will be delivered the next day.

Orders placed on public holidays and national holidays are processed on the first business day after the holiday and will be delivered the next day.

There may be a delay in the delivery of parcels by the courier company as a result of poor weather conditions, technical problems, etc. We recommend that you track your parcel using the waybill that you receive by e-mail after the parcel has been handed over to the courier company.

Courier company ECONT has a specific weekly delivery schedule for smaller settlements, which you can find on the website of courier company ECONT.

In rare cases, if the requested products are not available, there may be a delay or postponement of the delivery, and the User will be notified by an employee of "AVENRDA FARMA" Ltd about the delay by phone call, SMS or email.

RECEIVING THE DELIVERY:
The User is obliged to inspect the goods upon delivery for external damage and/or shortages in the presence of the courier.

The User certifies the receipt of the goods and their quantitative and external compliance with the order by signing the bill of lading during delivery. In case of refusal to accept the delivery, the User is liable for all costs of the delivery, which include the cost of courier services.

DELIVERY DELAY:
In case of problems with delivery (delay beyond the confirmed date of dispatch or re-sending of a courier) due to the fault of "AVENDRA PHARMA" Ltd, the delivery costs are borne by "AVENDRA PHARMA" Ltd.

In case of delay in delivery, regardless of the reasons, "AVENDRA PHARMA" Ltd is obliged to notify the User of this and indicate a new delivery date.

In cases where a re-sending of a courier is necessary for reasons for which the User is responsible (the User or a person authorized by the User is absent at the initial delivery of the order or were unable to pay for it), the delivery costs are borne by the User.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
When the consumer exercises his right of withdrawal from the contract, the consumer must send or hand over the goods back, without undue delay and not later than 14 days from the date on which the consumer has communicated to us his decision to withdraw from the contract.

The deadline is deemed to have been met if the consumer sends or hands over the goods back to us before the expiry of the 14-day period.

In this case, the Consumer shall pay only the direct costs of returning the goods, as well as the additional costs of delivering the goods.

To exercise his right of withdrawal, the consumer shall send an electronic message to info@avendrapharma.com with a clear statement of his withdrawal from the ordered goods.

The Consumer shall be deemed to have exercised his right of withdrawal from the contract if he has sent us a message to exercise his right of withdrawal before the expiry of the above-mentioned period.

In case the User has exercised his right to withdraw from the contract, the User must return the goods in their original packaging, intact and unused.

In case of failure to comply with these conditions, "AVENDRA PHARMA" Ltd. reserves the right to refuse to accept the returned goods and accordingly not to refund the amount paid by the User.

The User has the right to return the accepted and paid goods back to the Seller within 14 days from the delivery of the goods. The goods are subject to return upon fulfillment of the following conditions:

The goods are not used or damaged;

The packaging of the goods, accompanying labels, seals and other elements are not damaged;

The product is returned in the original commercial packaging (with intact integrity, not torn or damaged in any other way).

Subject to all specified return conditions, goods purchased from "AVENDRA PHARMA" Ltd. can be returned.

After receiving the purchased goods back, the Seller inspects the conditions for return and notifies the consumer of the approved return of goods.

In the event that the Consumer has exercised his right to withdraw from the contract, "AVENDRA PHARMA" Ltd. refunds the amount of the value of the product(s) within 30 days, by bank transfer to a specified account, BIC code and bank.

All costs that the Consumer has incurred for the receipt and return of the purchased goods, bank commissions and other costs beyond the amount of the value of the products from the order remain at his expense.

The Consumer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract in cases of delivery of sealed goods that are unsealed after their delivery and the integrity of the packaging is broken.

The Consumer has the right to withdraw from one or more of the ordered goods within 24 hours of generating an order. This is done through a deliberate written statement to the e-mail address info@avendrapharma.com - for a refusal, partial change or other decision of the User, other than the previously requested purchase.

SPECIAL CASES:
In case of technical errors made by the User during the creation of the order, "AVENDRA PHARMA" Ltd has the right to refuse the execution of the order without paying compensation, by refunding the amounts paid by the User, if any.

Orders to an ECONT office must be accepted within 5 business days from the date of arrival at the specified office. After this period, if the client has not warned that he will pick up the shipment late, the order is canceled and returned to the AVENDRA PHARMA warehouse.

"AVENDRA PHARMA" Ltd reserves the right to refuse delivery of a confirmed order in the event that the goods are not available. In the event of a lack of stock of the requested goods, within 2 business days "AVENDRA PHARMA" Ltd notifies the User of its exhaustion by sending a message to the e-mail address specified by the User or to the specified phone number.

For the goods sold by us, there is a legal guarantee of conformity of the goods with the sales contract.

If the delivered products have defects caused during transport, the customer must notify "AVENDRA PHARMA" Ltd immediately, by email at info@avendrapharma.com or by phone at 0888575008.

IRREGULARITIES:
Dear customers, if you notice any irregularity in the calculation of delivery costs and cash on delivery fees, please immediately notify us at info@avendrapharma.com.
