Dr. Svetlomir Georgiev Stanchev, Founder and CEO of Avendra Pharma and Founder of AVENDRA GROUP AND AVENDRA VENTURE CAPITAL

Prior to his role at Avendra Pharma, Svetlomir has more than 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, participating in the introduction and development of a large number of medications in various therapeutic areas. He has worked in the Bulgarian representative offices of MSD, Sanofi, Chiesi, GSK, holding various positions and responsibilities there. He participated in the launch and further development of products that have become bestsellers on the global pharmaceutical market, such as: Fraxiparine, Arixtra, Solian, Plavix, Votrient, Tyverb, Relvar/Breo, Anoro, Incruse. He has won a number of awards for his work in these positions. From 2014 to the end of 2018, he successfully led and developed a team of specialists in his role as Sales Manager in the Respiratory branch at GSK.

He graduated from the Medical University of Varna with Medicine, and from the University of Veliko Tarnovo with Management and governance. In 2014-2015, he completed a certified coaching module at Ericson Coaching International.
