Eleonora Ivanova is a consultant for AVENDRA PHARMA in business development and project management. For more than 20 years, she has been involved in project financing, initiated and managed dozens of projects with external financing for Bulgarian companies, participated in the first international technical assistance teams to the Bulgarian ministries for the launch of European programs in Bulgaria. Since 2010, she has been managing her own consulting company Elleya Project Management, through which she focuses efforts in supporting small and medium-sized businesses - providing information on sources of financing, consulting on new business development, preparation and management of business projects, and assisting in the development of new export markets.
