Eleonora Ivanova is an external consultant of AVENDRA PHARMA in project management and business development. For more than 20 years she has been dealing with project development and project financingand has initiated and managed numerous projects on behalf of Bulgarian companies. In the era of Bulgaria’s accession to EU, she was part of international technical assistance teams, providing consultancy support to the Bulgarian ministries for the successful introduction of the EU funding programmes. Since 2010 she operates her own consultancy company Elleya Project Management, where her efforts are particularly focused in support of SMEs: providing information on the various sources of funding, consultancy for new projects and business ventures, export marketing.
